No need to add water. Prior to use, the internal contents consist of solid particles and the ice pack.

Simply squeeze and rupture the internal water bag, then shake vigorously to mix its contents and initiate cooling.

Convenient and easy to use.

100g (cooling time is approximately 10-15 minutes) \*The cooling time is dependent on the surrounding temperature

and may be shortened if the temperature is excessively high.
